About Us

Linda bought 257 in 1980 raised three children here and has lived in it ever since. Bill and Linda have lived together in the home since 1997.

257 has been lovingly cared for and enhanced over all those years. The "bones" of this house are solid, and the unique construction and design elements make it beloved by visitors and inhabitants alike. 

Upgrades and improvements have been carefully considered and done by some of Westchester County's most sought after trades people, artisans and specialty contractors.

Linda is a retired special-ed teacher. She is an accomplished painter which is now the focus of her time.

Bill is an entrepreneur who has founded and runs two internet development firms. He is also a metal sculptor.  His work has been sold from galleries like The Mount, in Lenox, MA.

Both Linda and Bill have artwork on display in and around the 257 property, making an already exceptional home into an exciting gallery space.
